Why Jim does what he does, in his own words?

"I enjoy helping people, I enjoy learning, and I enjoy an intellectual challenge. Practicing law requires me to continually learn as the law develops and changes, requires me to use my intellect to craft efficient, effective solutions to legal problems and, at the same time, allows me to help people."
